In the HDF5 files the eight panels are stacked vertically to give a 512 x 8192 pixel image for a frame. The detector geometry is provided as DIALS geometry files. These are initial geometry parameters and should be refined for each dataset. The 2017 geometry file is associated with the 10 apo datasets and the 2018 geometry file is associated with the 7 Chitobiose datasets.
