The HDF5 file contains a Bragg-peak filtered, background subtracted merged 3D intensity distribution. This was made from 2,848 diffraction patterns collected at the CXI end-station at LCLS. After orientation determination by CrystFEL, all the pixels were merged into a 3D volume with a fixed q-spacing of (3/2200) A^-1 The 'data/data' dataset contains a 501x501x501 cube of intensities with the q=0 voxel at (250,250,250) in the C-numbering convention. The resolution at the center-edge can be calculated as follows: q_edge = 250*(3/2200) A^-1 ⇒ res_at_edge = 1/q_edge = 2.93 A
