# Metrics dataset

Before analysis or plotting, drop every row whose `PDB_ID` appears in the `pdb_id` column of `pdb_ids_outliers.csv`. 

## Field suffixes

- `_all`: all atoms, including hydrogens, with mass weighting.
- `_all_uw`: the same all-atom set, including hydrogens, with every atom weighted equally. 
- `_CA`: alpha-carbon atoms only

These definitions are recorded in the `note` attribute of `pdb_shape_metrics`. The suffixes identify metric fields; `PDB_ID` identifies each structure.
