=========================== NOTE for processing images =========================== This data was collected using MPCCD with short working distance (SWD) octal configuration (8 sensors). For details, see reference [1] (you can see how it looks). dark_*.h5 ======== Dark images for each run. Contains 150 frames for each, and the averaged value should be subtracted from diffraction images. data_*.h5 ======== Diffraction images. One run contains 5,000 shots, but only 'low-level filtered' images are contained. Some files may not have any images. NOTE that low-angle filter was used for Hg-derivative images and it should be corrected in data processing (see our Sci. Rep. 2015 paper). HDF5 hierarchy ============ All h5 files have the same structure. They contain not only detector images but also sensor geometries & gains, photon energies, beam monitor values, attenuator thicknesses, and so on (see reference [1]). Note for CrystFEL ============== Prior to processing by CrystFEL, you need to subtract averaged dark image and normalize detector gain which varies among sensors (see detector_info/absolute_gain). For CCD count to photon number, see reference [1]. For understanding sensor geometry description, see reference [2].
